I found Jenni on social media and instantly fell in love with her work. From the moment I booked in, she was so friendly and accommodating. She took the time to properly assess my hair, did a strand test, and was honest about the challenges with my old black box dye. When it didn’t lift as expected, she consulted with her senior stylist and worked carefully to get me as light as possible without compromising the health of my hair. She never rushed, made sure everything was beautifully blended, explained everything along the way, and made me feel so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. She also gives the BEST hair wash ever! The owner even stopped by for a chat, and you can really tell the team treat each other like family. I have never walked out of a salon completely happy… until now. The result exceeded my expectations and I absolutely love my hair.
